The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the organization's growth and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on healthcare and regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
