Job Description
  • Responsible for managing a crew of 7 including 6 repair techs and one building technician
  • Will take a hands on approach as working maintenance lead to diagnose machinery issues
  • Will troubleshoot electric circuits, relay-logic, electronic components including PLC’s, pneumatic and hydraulic
  • Will repair or replace defective components/parts and return equipment to service
  • Will prioritize safety and ensure team members adhere to company standards
  • Experience working hands on the planning, coaching and training maintenance employees
  • Must have experience with machinery and equipment repairs
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatics
  • Knowledge of laser cutting CNC is a plus!
