Customer Service Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F, 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Pay Rate:$16-$18

Customer Service Job Description:

• maintain and update customer database
• maintain communication with dispatch, technicians and manager
• answer customer calls, emails and address concerns
• book service appointments

Customer Service Job Requirements:

• prior customer service experience
• experience with scheduling/booking services a plus
• Microsoft office experience
