Requirements:

• Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA) - REQUIRED
• Oregon license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Has ties to Oregon - i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point (note in Additional Submission Details) - REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as inpatient Orthopedic PA (not including training) - PREFERRED
