One of our telecommunication clients is seeking to hire an Identity Enrollment Specialist. Candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supervision of employees as they complete the identity verification process. On a day to day, you will be meeting with employees via video conference to supervise and perform real-time monitoring of the verification process which involves biometric/document captures and data entry into the verification software. You will also work closely with HR and Compliance to provide regular status updates, reporting data, and to escalate any issues or unsuccessful identity proofing.

- Previous experience working as an enrollment agent
- Previous experience working with any HR platform (PeopleSoft, Workday, etc)
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources or Customer Service role
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of GSuite (Docs/Sheets/Slides/GoogleMeet)
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential employee information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
