Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Principal Program Architect who will design and implement solutions by collaborating with GTS, ePMO, and serving as the Agile Product Owner. This opportunity is located in Temple Terrace, FL!
Duties:
- Partner with business unit leadership to document, prioritize, and manage requirements with GTS Business Relationship Management
- Manage a program portfolio of $4.5M in development resources (4-8 programs) from discovery to delivery, including project charters, prioritization, feature development, and testing
- Collaborate with ePMO to ensure timely project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Serve as a consultant to business leadership, advising on CRM and ERP process improvements
- Develop and manage the business strategy for system utilization across all company segments
- Lead vendor selection, sourcing, RFPs, trials, implementations, iterations, and system decommissioning
- Work with stakeholders to identify technical and business requirements and present alternative solutions with associated costs and benefits
- Adapt systems quickly to reflect macro industry changes, consulting with leadership to ensure effective modifications
- Lead procurement processes for new tools, including gathering user stories, stakeholder feedback, solution design approvals, test plans, UAT, and legacy system decommissioning
- Ensure all support providers understand tool design, usage, and expectations post-implementation
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of Salesforce, Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
- 2+ years of SAP experience preferred
- Product Owner certification such as CSPO or SAFe POPM
- Overall understanding of SaaS business processes and experience in implementing solutions to gaps from a technical and/or project management perspective.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with CRM, ERP, CPQ, and CLM systems
- Program management experience
- Experience communicating with Director and above leadership
