What's the role?
This role is ideal for an audiologist looking to escape the bureaucracy of a hospital setting and thrive in a private practice environment. In addition to working at any of the existing offices, there's an exciting opportunity to partner with the company to establish a new office in Saukville or another Wisconsin community where you can take the lead.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional audiology care, showing empathy and compassion to patients.
• Educate and guide patients on hearing aids and related services while emphasizing personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Contribute to the growth and innovation of the practice.

Required skills and qualifications:

• A licensed audiologist with a patient-first approach and strong interpersonal skills. Recent or upcoming audiology school graduates newly entering the field are welcome!
• Passion for selling solutions that enhance patients' lives.
• A self-driven individual seeking to lead an office or play a significant role in a growing practice.
• Someone who is not entrenched in the medical bureaucracy of a hospital environment but eager to thrive in private practice.
• Commitment to living the client's core values of being innovative, growth-oriented, and accountable while taking the patient's perspective.
• Proficiency with computers for using ERM and Microsoft Office applications.

What will my schedule look like?
This salaried role works onsite clinic hours Monday through Thursday 8 am-5:00 pm and 8 am-2:00 pm Fridays. No evenings or weekends!
