Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Memphis, TN at Hope Church. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and reporting financial performance to support the church's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Jesus-Follower willing to grow in grace and knowledge
• Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Background in Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA preferred, not required
