Responsibilities:

Approve Kronos punches on a bi-weekly basis
Add sick and vacation days in Kronos
Run Hours Reports from Kronos
Request special payroll on demand check requests
Address employee questions/issues regarding punches in Kronos timekeeping system or other payroll related inquiries/issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Salary Range: $32.90-$33.90/hr

Benefits: Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k and paid time off.

At least 2 years of payroll experience
Associate’s Degree a plus
Detail oriented, well organized, high degree of accuracy.
Commitment to team work
Enjoy fast-paced environment
Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Word and Excel skills
Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
