Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects outside of concrete, ensuring timely, within-budget completion, and high-quality, safe standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with specs and safety standards
• Lead teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Interface with the owner to provide project updates
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
• Maintain a polished approach, eye for quality, and resolve on-site issues
• Monitor project schedules and costs while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in residential construction outside of concrete
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management
• Ability to lead, solve problems, and manage resources
• OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred)
• High school diploma required; degree in construction management a plus
