*Tax Manager - HNW/ Flow Through*

*What you'll be doing *-
* Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, working on 1040s and related pass-through entities
* Getting exposure to a variety of clients across different industries
* Helping out with business development and firm marketing efforts
* Mentoring junior staff and supporting their growth through the firm’s mentoring program

When it comes to work-life balance, this firm really walks the talk. While peak season (Feb-April) can be busy building up to 60-hour weeks in the peak, they offer a lot of flexibility outside of that. For example, if you work 35 hours over four days, you can take a flex day during the summer to enjoy some extra downtime.

You'll also be working the majority of those OT hours at home, the majority of tax team are only in the office 1-2 days a week.

To be a good fit for this role, you’ll need your CPA and experience at the Manager level in a CPA firm, with solid experience working with high-net-worth individuals or flow-through entities.
