Looking for a Day time Nurse Supervisor position?

The Full Time RN NURSE SUPERVISOR will work M-F 10a-6:30p No On Call! You will be responsible for processing new admissions, plus other supervisory duties.

Salary:

RNs - Up to $89,000 with full benefits

Responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisors:

Manage admissions;
Round with physicians
Ensure compliance with nursing and government policies and procedures
Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions
Provide psychological and emotional support to patients, their family and friends
Complete necessary updates, reports, documentation in a timely manner
Collaborate with MDS and other IDT leaders

Requirements:

Requirements of the Nurse Supervisor:

• RN (Registered Nurse), licensed in the state of Illinois

• Supervisory experience

• Experience in a long-term care/post acute settings

• Leadership and relationship building skills

• Compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
