About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Special Services to lead the development and implementation of district-level, state, and federal special education programs. The successful candidate will provide strategic department leadership, oversee the ESD 123 Special Education Consortium, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves securing funds through grant writing, leading professional development, and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.Applicants for the Executive Director of Special Services position at the company must have a Master's degree in a job-related field, a minimum of 5 years' successful K-12 administrative experience, and a minimum of 5 years' special education instructional or ESA experience within the K-12 system. The role requires a deep understanding of special education programs, early childhood development, and early intervention strategies.
