This important role in our Nashville-based company involves managing the people, processes, and projects of our solid, reliable, fast-moving marketing team. Under the CMO's direction, you will be responsible for outputting a high quantity of marketing initiatives to drive continued profitable company growth. The person who will be most successful in this role will have a deep knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing, an obsession with details, and be exceptionally organized. This individual must be able to successfully launch, manage, and report on multiple complex marketing campaigns, funnels, and assets, as well as manage a marketing team of 15+ creative and functional specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve desired output on time and on budget.
- Manage online and offline strategies from end to end, with the ability to adjust based on factual data to achieve top-level results.
- Manage the company's web properties, including SEO, paid ads, landing pages, organic social media, etc.
- Manage the company's inbound and outbound marketing funnels.
- Follow the CMO's campaign direction to drive a consistently high quantity of qualified leads into the business.
- Flawless, consistent execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience managing a marketing team and internal marketing budget to achieve an organization's lead generation, sales, and client acquisition goals.
- In-depth knowledge of building and designing complex marketing funnels.
- The ability to understand and use various marketing technologies to facilitate reporting inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Experience in using and building out complex marketing initiatives in Hubspot.
- A solid understanding of direct response marketing, with the ability to lead a team in creating compelling offers, copy, and design to maximize conversion.
- Study many of the marketing masters, such as Dan Kennedy, Russell Brunson, Alex Hormozi, Ryan Deiss, Frank Kern, Perry Belcher, Seth Godin and others.
