Job Purpose:

Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering, and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.                                                                                 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Process payments for customers
• Accurately record transactions in the dealership management system (DMS)
• Various administrative office tasks as directed

Nights and weekends

• Self-starter who works well independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail is a must
• Attendance is an essential job function for this position
