Sharp Nursing Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Oak Park, Illinois.

Cath Lab RN 0 M-F  plus call. call requirements are 10 call shifts per month.  Department has 1 lab, and has on average 2-3 cases per day.  30 min call response time.  If busy in IR and no cases in Cath Lab, RN will float to help with IR cases,  

A Cath lab RN does not need to have IR experience, client is willing to provide them additional orientation if needed for them to relieve IR cases.  Candidates only need to be experienced in IR and/or Cath lab.  Client is willing to cross train IR RN's to Cath Lab for the right candidate.  Candidates can start 02/27/24 or 03/04/24 at the latest.  

2 years of experience, moderate sedation experience, airway management, and exceptional IV skills are required.   IL license required to start, but can submit with a pending license so long as the candidate has submitted their application with all of its required items and can provide a receipt for the application fee.  ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Certifications required. BSN preferred.
