About the TeamThis is an exciting opportunity to join Ridgeline's Sales & Marketing organization as a Technical Solutions Consultant. The Go-to-Market team is a collaborative group of high performers passionate about generating long term value for customers. In this role, you will use your extensive experience, technical expertise and consultative approach to drive sales of the Ridgeline platform which offers integrated workflows and a unified data set across Accounting / OMS / Client Engagement / Performance / Reporting and more.
What will you do?As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in working with prospects and existing customers serving as a key technical resource. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients across the asset management industry, and showcase Ridgeline's innovative, cloud-native, single-platform approach to eight core investment management functionalities.
- Technical Demonstrations: Develop and stage custom demonstrations of Ridgeline's products and solutions to showcase their capabilities to prospective clients
- Design and maintain demonstration data content, demo scripts, and competitive scenarios to best highlight Ridgeline's products and services.
- Data Integration: Work closely with Ridgeline API's and Integration tools to build solutions, custom extracts and other demo related content
- Technical Expertise: Present Ridgeline's technical differentiators effectively to prospects, showcasing the advantages and benefits of our cloud-native platform.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Ridgeline's product and technology teams to stay up-to-date with the Ridgeline roadmap, release notes, and other product management artifacts and activities to maintain a constant pulse on enhancements and new features
- Infrastructure Management: Manage infrastructure and operations for sales demo tenants, ensuring they are maintained and optimized for demonstration purposes.
- Project Management: Utilize project management skills to coordinate and track progress on technical sales initiatives.
- Operating Model: Work closely with prospects to understand their current technology stack and map out their future state operating model with Ridgeline including various points of integration with other systems and data
- Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
- Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency
Desired Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.).
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of API integration and technical solution architecture.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and data management solutions is a plus.
- An aptitude for problem solving

Compensation and Benefits The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $106,000 to $126,500 OTE for individuals based in New York and California. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
