Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations for ~20,000 IT hardware items. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate operational strategies and rhythms, allocate resources, prepare and distribute reports related to warehouse operations, operate against defined goals and ensure flow-down to key members of the warehouse leadership team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for engaging with multiple stakeholders - both internal and external, leading all elements of warehouse management, property management, logistics management, and loading dock management. The Warehouse Manager will have significant experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in ensuring that the customer/employees have access to the IT hardware necessary to do be successful. The candidate will have demonstrated experience transitioning in/out of existing/new warehouses and updating related processes accordingly.
Primary Responsibilities: - Manage and lead program and customer communications related to Warehouse Operations
- Act as the central POC for Warehouse Operations and Warehouse Reporting (including assets, delivery, contents)
- Manage the team responsible for staging, storage, tagging, and tracking of all equipment.
- Ensure quality control and standardize best practices to ensure consistent performance.
Basic Qualifications: - A BA/BS degree and 5+ years of experience or a Masters degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must possess 3 + years of experience supervising or leading warehouse teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Inventory Management experience
- Experience with Inventory Management Tools
Preferred Qualifications:- CWLP, CPIM, CSSP or OSHA Safety certifications
- Current USPTO experience
- Experience using Lean/Six Sigma principles and tools for process improvements.
- ITSM & related tools experience

Pay Range: Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00
