Job Summary: In this challenging role you will provide direct support to the General Counsel and executive leadership team in various practice areas (real estate law, business law, collections, compliance and governance).

- Salary Range: $75,000 - $86,000 per year, based on skills and experience

Requirements
Primary (Essential) Duties:- Manage, organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist attorneys in prioritizing competing deadlines
- Prepare contracts, negotiate contracts, & arrange for their execution
- Communicate professionally attorneys, support staff and clients
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
- Proficiency in legal research methods and online legal research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's):- Document Management Accuracy: Assess the accuracy and completeness of legal documents prepared by paralegals, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
- Research Skills: Measure the quality and thoroughness of legal research.
- Compliance Adherence: Assess the extent to which the paralegal ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies in their work.
- Accuracy of Legal Updates: Measure the accuracy and timeliness of legal updates, ensuring they stay informed about relevant changes in laws and regulations.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
Education and Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in paralegal studies or a related field.
- Paralegal certification or relevant professional credentials may be preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience is required.
