Job Title Business Partner, Sales Performance Job Description The Sales Operations Business Partner is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools. This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our VAR channel at Sage North America Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance and sales leaders, to understand current strategy and initiatives, create execution plans, and monitor performance.
• Evaluate booking and invoiced revenue, provide models and commentary of data via a bottoms-up approach.
• Create and interpret dashboards and reports into actionable steps to drive sales performance.
• Monitor booking and revenue streams based on how VARs and sales colleagues are achieving targets per sales channel; address concerns and provide recommendations for sales managers to modify a sales colleague's approach.
• Gather and analyze data to build an operational sales forecast and provide recommendations to drive incremental revenue growth.
• Collaborate with business managers to gather potential incremental revenue opportunities with marketing managers, product management, and others as required (invoiced revenue projections, pricing strategy, budget requirements).
• Liaison with Finance Business Partners to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with the Quota & Commission team on sales colleague's targets based on % of revenue, campaign plan, and call volume, etc.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of work experience in Sales Operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Excel.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of sales and lead-to-order processes.
• Experience with Salesforce and SaaS business (preferred).
