This is a Hybrid role located in North Dallas, TX. Required in office minimum 4 days a week. HCM/HRIS Technologies:
Lead and support regions across the country with HRIS implementations for businesses acquired through M&A. In this role, you will work with our 7 regional teams and help them stand up various HRIS functions in ADP Workforce Now such as Payroll, Time and Attendance, Paid Time off, Benefits, Onboarding, etc... You will serve as an ADP subject matter expert (SME) with the ability to solve issues quickly, refine and rollout processes, and setup companies via imports. As the SME, a key part of your role will be developing the end users on processes within ADP, knowing the ins and outs of the system will be the key. Another critical area for this professional will be building executive level reports and people analytics and you will need to have very strong analytical skills and business acumen to build and translate reporting into actionable results for the business. Lastly, you will also serve as the ongoing SME supporting 130+ existing businesses and assist with building efficient processes.

- Using technology - ADP Workforce Now, Applicant Tracking Systems, ability to learn new technologies
- Incredibly well organized, productive, and autonomous (once trained!)
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to build reports with actionable outputs to drive the business forward.
- Building relationships with all types of people
- Active listening and persuasion
- Extrapolating measurable actions from processes, analyzing data to impact outcomes

- Understanding and respecting the importance of confidentiality
What you have...
- 5+ years' experience managing ADP Workforce Now from a corporate level
- 2+ years' experience with Mergers & Acquisitions
- Technical expertise, and the desire and ability to rapidly learn new systems
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
- A high level of emotional maturity and situational awareness
- Bachelor's degree required, Graduate preferred.
