In the position of Manager, Web and App Projects you will be -- Lead all website-related assets and content, focusing on delivering a best-in-class user experience for consumers. Ensure consistent quality across all site versions, accurately reflecting brand images. Promote optimization of UX-UI marketing efforts with current audiences and purchasers of company products, as well as identification of new audiences to reach and acquire.
Essential Job Functions:
-->> Work cross functionally with the internal departments to plan and execute larger marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs across our web properties.
-->> Develop and manage UX strategies with cross-functional teams to optimize and upkeep of on-site search and filters reporting, continuously refining tuning strategies to enhance overall performance.
-->> Serve as primary catalyst for developing goal-oriented and UX concepts; recruit collaboration from cross-functional teams and ensure there is clear accountability and workflows to deliver action plans. Bring tangible concepts and tactical
ideas to the table.
-->> Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a team of specialists. Ensure clear communication, efficient workflows, and action-oriented growth plans are in place for junior team members. Manage up to senior leadership with information that supports individual and team growth based upon objectives.
-->> Be a primary point of contact for digital marketing insights across both trend and competitive arenas. Collaborate with relevant cross-functional partners to build, deliver, and act upon analytics and reporting on consistent timelines and for special projects.
-->> Responsible for country-specific sites to ensure timely translations and updates, using data to initiate testing, conducting user research, and performing QA reviews to identify and address design flaws and usability issues.
Position Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with focus on content planning and development.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in in leadership position, managing employees.
Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Certifications: Media certifications such as Google, Meta and/or more are a plus.
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Proficiency with project management tools and services a plus.
Base Pay Range USD 93,870.00 to USD 134,100.00
