Job Description

Bayhealth Medical Center is seeking an experienced General Surgeon with academic leadership experience to lead our General Surgery Residency Program, which launched in 2022. You will also join our hospital-based group of general surgeons and contribute to the growth of our trauma program as we scale from Level III to Level II Trauma designation.

Position Highlights:

  • Leadership Role: Oversee the General Surgery Residency Program and play a key role in surgical education.
