Job Description

We are seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician for an outpatient practice:

  • Full-time; 32-patient contact hours per week
  • Join three Pediatricians and two Pediatric Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners.
  • Average between 16-20 outpatient visits daily
  • Call is shared between Pediatricians and would be 1:4, averaging to just over one weekday per week and one weekend per month.
  • Maintain skills in neonatal resuscitation, newborn nursery care and bread-and-butter pediatric hospital admissions.
  • Proximity to Madison and Milwaukee grants easy access to pediatric tertiary centers and subspecialties.

  • We are a modern, fully accredited, 49-bed acute care facility that’s not-for-profit, independent community owned hospital which serves a regional population of close to 90,000. In addition to comprehensive inpatient services, we offer ambulatory surgery and specialty clinics, a birthing center, cardiac rehabilitation, emergency services including an Urgent Care Program for after-hours treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, occupational medicine and more. We are in joint ownership with University of WI-Madison Cancer Center in Johnson Creek.
  • ED is staffed 24/7 by EM-residency trained physicians, and advanced practice providers.
  • Specialty Clinic offers cardiology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, pulmonology, urology, rheumatology, and memory care services.
