Employed full-time by Deaconess Clinic. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible. Work 4 to 4.5 days per week. Practice can be 100% outpatient with inpatient coverage provided by the Deaconess Hospitalist Group or you may elect to see your own inpatients. Minimal call duties which can be handled remotely and are dispersed among call group for outpatient care. Utilize RN on call to triage patient calls during non-business hours. There may be additional call duties for those physicians who have inpatient responsibilities.
Competitive base annual salary (minimum salary guarantee for initial 18 months). Long-term income very competitive and based on combination of productivity, quality bonus and stipend payments for the non-wRVU tasks associated with care of complex patients and Population Health Management. Sign-on bonus included; and if eligible, student loan repayment and moving expenses.
