Outstanding opportunity for a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed group on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This dynamic team provides comprehensive care across three hospitals within our health system.
Position Overview:
- Coverage: Three hospitals within the system
- Specialty Centers:
- Only pulmonary hypertension center on the Mississippi Gulf Coast
- Advanced bronchoscopy services, including EBUS, radial EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy
- Collaboration with thoracic surgeons for additional pulmonary interventions
- Active lung cancer screening program
- AASM-accredited sleep center with 6 beds, managed by three board-certified sleep physicians
- ICU Coverage:
- 24-bed multidisciplinary ICU with intensivist coverage
- Physician extenders available to assist in both the ICU and outpatient clinics
- Visa Sponsorship: J-1 waiver available for eligible candidates
