The RoleWe are looking for a Analytics Engineer to join our Analytics Engineering team. The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for building, testing & maintaining clean & usable data sets. They will collaborate with data engineers & data analysts to prepare data for analysis & help ensure that the data is accurate, complete & up-to-date. They will also conduct data analysis & mining to extract insights & guide strategic planning for the organization.
What you will do - Build dbt data models that power our data products.
- Gather requirements from the business &/or other teams that are part of the Data Pod.
- Deliver accurate data & insights to BI, Marketing & leadership.
- Work with rETL tools (e.g., Hightouch) to sync data to SaaS applications.
- Work with the Manager of Analytics Engineering to understand and support team's quarterly & yearly roadmaps.
- Work with Sr. Analytics Engineers to find efficient solutions to complex problems.
What we hope you will bring - 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with data professionally
- Experience building data models
- Comfort with SQL, dbt, Snowflake & Redshift
- Technically proficient; this role works in Git, Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Fivetran, AWS Redshift & Navicat.
- Ability to to collaborate with other teams that are part of the Data Pod (e.g., Data Engineering, BI, etc.).
- Experience with pricing and inventory analyses a plus
- Experience with Fivetran, CDPs, Hightouch & SFMC a plus
- Experience with Python a plus
- Solid understanding of best practices with data.
- Team player & efficient worker.
- Comfortable reporting on KPIs.
- Action-oriented.
Pay scale: $115,800-$127,905.00
