As a sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
An Account Manager is a primary point of contact for customers. The account manager finds opportunities to increase sales while supporting the customer's overall satisfaction with KCS and our products.
In a senior account manager role, the employee will be responsible for training junior team members, acting as liaison with our UK billing teams and supporting trade show activity.
Key Responsibilities: - Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new opportunities among existing customers.
- Account Manager will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
- This role will act as liason with our UK teams in billing and collections.
- Attending and supporting customer events and trade shows is expected.

- Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in "Selling via Phone" successfully
