Job Description
GC&E Systems Group is seeking a Site Manager for Ft. Gregg-Adams, VA. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling task order execution, ensuring compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position will also provide leadership and day-to-day management, administration, and technical interface with the customer and our technical staff.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining our service delivery model.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact to the Fort Gregg-Adams Network Enterprise Center (NEC).
  • Ensuring all services provided by GC&E are delivered with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and direct all day-to-day activities required by the performance work statement (PWS) and to take whatever actions are necessary to manage and train GC&E personnel to ensure all services are performed on time and of required quality.
  • Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, scheduling, and ensuring sufficient resources are scheduled daily to support PWS and special project requirements.


Experience with the following:
  • QA/QC Knowledgeable
  • COOP/DR Planning and Execution
  • I3A Standards
  • Project Management Experience


Candidate Requirements:
  • SECRET Clearance
  • Qualified in telephone switching systems
