TSS is seeking an Offensive Cyber Policy and Governance
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on offensive cyber operations (OCO) for support to programming, acquisition, requirements, and weapon system portfolios and capabilities.
- Expertise should include knowledge of USCC offensive cyber operations planning and execution, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), operational equipment including USCYBERCOM (USCC) Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) and its subcomponents; as well as Service Cyber Component (SCC) hardware and software to conduct USCC offensive cyber missions.
- Additionally, OCO expertise should include knowledge of Cyber Mission Force (CMF) command and control (C2) as well as planning and execution relationships with USCC, CCMDs, JFHQ -C (AF), 16 AF, Cyber Operations[1]Integrated Planning Elements (CO-IPE), and other Service Cyber Components.
- OCO SME should also include knowledge of key OCO capabilities in the areas of platform, payload, access, and infrastructure.
