Job Summary As a Process Technician you will primarily be responsible for executing work orders in the manufacturing clean rooms to realize output ingestible sensor product. In addition to equipment/process operation you will be required to perform technical production activities, equipment adjustments, equipment troubleshooting and repair on our automated semi-conductor, pick and place, inspection, IEM creation, tableting and post-compression tools. You will also help engineering functions to identify and correct quality issues down to root cause and will include updating processes and documents as well as executing process and equipment qualifications as designed by engineering. Job Description Produce quality product at necessary capacity, with the primary focus on our automated and technologically advanced equipment Adjust, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment in a timely manner Follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs), Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents that govern our manufacturing processes Report shift production and equipment activities to engineering and production leadership including equipment repair and adjustments made Initiate changes to our processes that improve quality, throughput and/ or safety through our change control system Provide training on these tasks to others as required Create documentation changes and drive through release and implementation as needed Verify all documentation related to your work (paper and electronic) is filled out accurately and in accordance with cGMP requirements Observe and adhere to all cleanroom, line clearance, manufacturing, safety and equipment repair guidelines Operate various types of equipment (ovens, dry boxes, vacuum wands, etc.) Qualifications Required Good understanding and ability to follow MPI's and other work process documents as well as equipment drawings and schematics Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to communicate issues on the line to the lead and supervisor with recommended solutions Comfortable speaking in a small group environment providing feedback and suggestions for improvements in quality, productivity and/or efficiency Previous experience in training and developing junior team members Good problem solving and organizational skills along with ability to work independently Ability to work with cross functional groups such as engineering and operations to resolve issues Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment Supervisory Responsibilities: None Education / Experience High School diploma or equivalent preferred 2 or more years' manufacturing or related experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or medical device environment Preferred Associates degree and related job experience Experience working with automated equipment desired Competencies Accountability for Results - Stay focused on key strategic objectives, be accountable for high standards of performance, and take an active role in leading change.
