Selling Branch/General Manager is the leader responsible for creating a winning branch culture that emphasizes quality, employee retention and development, consistent customer satisfaction and high performance as well as be required to meet certain direct sales levels. Through solid leadership, the
Selling Branch Manager will execute on the branch budgets for sales, operational performance, and profit.
What You'll Do:- Develop a high-performance culture within the assigned branch by showing commitment to the success of your team, exhibiting managerial courage, and developing and cultivating community relationships.
- Develop high performers on your team by acting as a role model, providing opportunities outside of current positions, coaching and mentoring high performers, and rewarding and recognizing all employees across the branch.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through detailed knowledge of departments, timely response to customer issues, constantly assessing and improving internal processes & procedures, and promoting best practices across the branch.
- Meet or exceed sales performance by selling products & services to meet customer needs, achieving annual quotas. Schedule appointments and meet with potential customers, give sales presentations, prepare & submit job proposals.
- Meet or exceed financial expectations for the branch by developing & executing on annual budget and making adjustments throughout the year.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree or extensive experience required in all facets of business management.
- At least 5-Years of management experience to include management concepts, communication skills, courage and influence to facilitate change and drive results.
- Capacity to create effective team-oriented culture, working with multiple departments.
- Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment and possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to select, hire, and onboard capable team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects, departments, and team members. Ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation.
