We work hybrid at Plenty of Fish - IRL in our downtown Vancouver office on Tuesday and Wednesday and work remotely the remainder of the week!

Match Group Vancouver is looking for a Staff Product Manager of Innovation to lead a new dating product from 0 to 1. This seasoned professional will work closely with the General Manager of Match Group Vancouver to rethink the online dating experience from first principles, taking advantage of the advancements in conversational user experiences, AI, and LLMs. They will lead the product strategy and execution in a startup-like environment.

So what will you do?
  • Work closely with the General Manager of Match Group Vancouver to define & communicate the product strategy & roadmap
  • Work closely with a small and highly proficient team of engineers and AI experts to bring a novel & unique online dating product to market, powered by AI & conversational UX
  • Work with marketing partners to define the go-to-market strategy that brings the product to market and validates product/market fit
  • Clearly define and track success metrics to measure product success
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify areas for improvement & investment
  • Evaluate product quality, engage in dogfooding to assess user experience, and coordinate with team members to ensure products meet internal and user standards
  • Ensure senior stakeholder alignment and commitment through clear and regular communication

  • $ 136500- $164000 a year

    Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
