Description The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a
cleared Imagery Analyst to work at a customer location in
Ft. Meade, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to apply GEOINT tradecraft analysis and research principles to analyze existing and emerging trends, dynamic events, and solve intelligence problems in support of IC and DoD geospatial information needs. The imagery analyst will also support tipping and cueing activities in support of a government customer. At customer direction, the analyst will monitor and report on emerging world events in a timely manner providing first look reporting to the customer. Analysis may cover a variety of topics and regions and require use of a combination of classified and open sources, open and commercial geospatial resources, news and social media sources. This is an opportunity to enhance your analysis and research expertise, advance new skills in tipping and queueing, work with multi-INT data and share information with other analysts.
Primary Responsibilities. The candidate shall perform the following duties:
- Utilize the full suite of imagery analysis tools and geospatial information systems as necessary to support customer geospatial information needs.
- Produce finished imagery intelligence products, reports and assessments.
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Support presentations of activities, discoveries, conclusions, and/or tradecraft to leadership, partners, and customers.
- Test the accuracy and functionality of automated tipping and queuing tools.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment supporting the GEOINT mission as a team-member.
Required Qualifications. - 3+ years of work experience in open a geospatial imagery analyst role.
- TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Completion of a certified imagery military schoolhouse program or the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program.
- Knowledge of Remote View, IEC, NES, Cedalion and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing.
- Understanding of the intelligence collection process.
- 1+ years of demonstrated work experience directly engaging with GEOINT and IC partners/customers.
- Ability to support and perform work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Capacity to adhere to strict deadlines and satisfy customer requirements while working under limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications. - Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities.
- Knowledge of DoD/IC databases and services.
- Ability to provide briefings and communicate with partners across the IC and DoD to modernize and enable intelligence integration.
- Knowledge of DoD and IC missions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Cartography, Cultural Studies, GIS, History, Hydrology, Remote Sensing or a related STEM area of study.

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
