Rite of Passage, is looking for a Human Resources Director for our Arizona-SouthWest District.

The District Human Resources Director works as a Director of the Human Resources teams. Primarily responsible for the oversight of all Human Resources functions for the sites in their assigned district to ensure that the goals and objectives of the site Human Resources departments are met.

To be considered, you should:
  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field and two years of Human Resources experience; or six years of equivalent experience as a Human Resources Generalist may be substituted. Master's degree, certification and/or PHR are preferred.
  • Have a minimum of two years of human resources experience in employee relations, training and/or employment and knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices and governmental licensing requirements.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
