We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join the Quantcast team. You will lead Sales Enablement Specialists to ensure our sales team has the resources, content, and training they need to succeed. You will have a deep understanding of the sales and marketing environment, excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, sales enablement, product marketing, learning and development, and people management experience.

Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with various teams to develop and improve the sales enablement program aligned with business goals.
    • Monitor metrics like win rate and time to close, working closely with sales.
    • Engage with sales stakeholders to identify their needs and challenges.
    • Build strong relationships with sales representatives to provide reliable support.
    • Act as a link between sales, marketing, and product teams for consistent messaging and resources.
    • Communicate the enablement strategy and KPIs clearly to all stakeholders.
    • Create and implement onboarding programs to equip sales reps with essential skills.
    • Create sales playbooks that are positioned against competitors.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of training content to improve team performance.
    • Facilitate collaboration between sales and marketing for impactful content.
    • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously enhance the enablement strategy.
    • Analyze performance data to identify training needs and gaps.
    • Ensure the sales enablement software is user-friendly and meets sellers' needs.


Requirements
    • 5+ years experience managing sales trainers in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, product marketing, or learning and development.
    • SaaS sales experience required, Ad tech, digital advertising highly desired.
    • Sales methodology experience (Challenger preferred, Sadler, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.
    • Experience with content management and learning management systems.
    • Ability to build internal relationships with sales and marketing.
    • Excellent communication skills.
