Position: Program Analyst Location: Washington, DC // Wilmington, DE // Atlanta, GA //Philadelphia, PA Duration: Fulltime/Permanent PositionJob Description: This role is expected to participate in the following tasks, or projects, and present the following skills: - CX team sprint planning
- Recommend and document improvements in CX teams processes and standards.
- Review information architecture (IA) and functionality mapping.
- Maintain compliance with all AMTRAK design and functional guidelines.
- Collaborate with AMTRAK business analysts and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Create CX-UX JIRA Enablers for deliverables (CX Intake).
- Validate user stories, including additional details required for deliverables.
- Identify CX team priorities, task assignments, task tracking and current task status.
- Provide developer support.
- Provide vendor oversight.
- Manage quality analysis (QA) and defect testing.
- Manage Project/Portfolio.
- Oversee design governance and standards.
- Engage in process development.
- Exercise administration acumen.
- Develop business case.
- Possess visual design and software development literacy.
- Knowledge of UX research.
- Provide resource planning.
- Oversee procurement processes.
- Manage vendor accounts
- 7+ years' experience with consumer and Internet-based research
- Experience in the travel industry a plus.
- 7+ years of experience working with Agile tools, eg, Jira
- 3-5 years program/project management experience
- BS, AS, or MBA Degree or Equivalent Experience in Program, Project or Portfolio management
- PMP Certification (a plus)
- 3 years' experience delivering digital design or functional development tasks a plus.
- 5 years' experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies and Administrative management
