  • Active RN license
  • 1 year of M/S experience
  • Patient Experience requirements: At least 1 year of RN experience
    Schedule Information
  • At least one weekend within 4-week period.
  • Blocked scheduling case by case basis.
  • Floating within unit’s discretion.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Number of Beds: 54; 11 beds on a busy and dedicated ortho/spine unit.
  • Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 for RNs; 1:12-15 for PCTs; RN/LPN team would have 10 total.
  • Type of equipment: Alaris pumps, remote telemetry, continuous pulse ox, specialty beds, transfer equipment, wound vacs, chest tubes, NG and feeding tubes, etc.
  • Documentation system: Meditech.
    Additional Details
  • Dress Code: Grey Scrubs.
  • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Provided upon pre-boarding.
  • Opportunities for OT and incentives as appropriate.
