Our team enjoys the fun and friendly atmosphere, job flexibility and working outside. Working alone or in pairs, we spend more than 50% of our time outside in the fresh air! Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm .
Compensation includes: $14.00 -$28.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site and to key contacts made during your direct sales effort.
• Develop residential customer base through commercial customer referrals, subcontracting from maid services, and personal contacts and community networking.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet
• Must be willing to learn and develop new skills.

Job Requirements:

• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone.
• Driver's license
• Valid auto insurance
• reliable transportation.

Compensation: $15.50 - $28.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
