Do you want to be part of an organization that values family and is dedicated to strengthening communities? Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is hiring a Fund Development Specialist—all you need is a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in fund development, sales, community engagement, or a similar externally focused role. We’ll teach you the rest!

A Day in The Life as a Fund Development Specialist In this role, you will build relationships within the agency and the community. You’ll attend community events, visit TFI offices to learn about local programs, and meet with potential funders. You will lead fundraising events, coordinate internal parties, and foster relationships with current and potential sponsors. If grant writing is a strength, this will be an exciting opportunity for you! You’ll also create connections in the community, working closely with a supportive team and manager focused on your success.

What We Are Looking For We need someone who loves connecting with people, is a creative problem-solver, and is passionate about helping children and families. Experience in child welfare isn’t required, but a passion for helping kids is! If you enjoy building partnerships, working independently, and have a growth mindset, you might be the perfect fit!
