Position Overview

Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to lead as a faculty member at our Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency Program. This well-established, ACGME-accredited program has been a cornerstone of family medicine education for over 45 years. We are looking for a physician with a passion for education, patient care, and shaping the future of medicine. Candidates with previous academic or educational experience are strongly preferred.

 

Residency Program Highlights

 

       Guide and educate Family Medicine residents in a nationally recognized residency program with 10 residents per class.

       Engage in part-time clinical practice and prenatal care, including deliveries and inpatient care.

       Participate in inpatient medicine rounding with residents.

       Collaborative, team-based care approach with a shared call schedule.

       Opportunities for faculty development and growth.

       Innovative, longitudinal curriculum with an underserved track in partnership with Jane Pauley Community Health Center.

       Work alongside a strong, supportive faculty team and use the Epic EMR system across all clinical settings.

       State-of-the-art Community Hospital East, redeveloped in 2018 as a primary educational site.

       Physician-led organization emphasizing collaboration and leadership opportunities.

 

Licensure & Certification Requirements

 

       Board Certified in Family Medicine.

       Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana (including DEA and CSR).
