**NOW HIRING Warehouse Worker**

**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift operates from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and the 2nd shift runs from 3:30 PM to 1:45 AM. These positions are Monday through Friday, with Fridays not always requiring a full shift. As a Warehouse Worker, you will keep machines and lines stocked with materials, wrap products for staging or shipment, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. Additionally, you will carry a walkie talkie throughout your shift to communicate effectively and follow safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Keep machines and lines stocked with materials.

+ Wrap product to stage or put on trailer.

+ Carry provided walkie talkie throughout the entire shift.

+ Identify and correct any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

+ Follow safety regulations.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in warehouse operations, production, and general labor.

+ Skills in packaging, order picking, and material handling.

+ Forklift and hilo operation experience.

+ Proficiency in packing and inventory management.

+ Ability to use RF scanners.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively, 50 lbs. occasionally, and 100 lbs. with assistance.

+ Ability to work in a labor-intensive position.

+ Capacity to follow directions and work well in a team.

+ Skill in interpreting and translating job specifications for production machinery.

+ Prior forklift experience is required.

You will be eligible for a pay raise to $19.50 per hour after being hired directly, which can occur after just a few weeks.
