Certification Details BLS PALS ACLS Job Details 18 month minimum Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience required. Nurse : Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, 1:3 for stepdown/non ICU in overflow unit. Additional Details Certifications should be from AHA. Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here. Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN’s and LPN/LVNs. Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement. Copy of the physical license is not required. Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in the following areas: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants, mon-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.) Clinical only; Required annually in specialty. Completed prior to first assignment and every 3 years thereafter in specialty. Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization.
