FROM MANAGER
Reading through these there is A LOT of forklift experience and less Shipping experience. I really need someone who can critically think through a problem, too. More shipping and receiving, as well.
I give our warehouse workers the capability to use the sit-down, if necessary. We use the walk behind on a daily basis. We have access to the sit down through Mobility. They offer onsite certification training, if the worker has not been certified. It is not a mandatory prerequisite.
Looking for warehouse experience. We are also looking for someone who has critical thinking, problem solving and computer skills.
