Coverage Need/Schedule Details:

• December 26 and 27, 2024 (Possible ongoing)

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified ONLY- REQUIRED
• Active WI or IMLC (Act 10 acceptable) - REQUIRED
• Certifications: BLS: REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice Record: PREFERRED

Practice Description:

• 18+ (no children)
• Temp Privileges available
• RN s- 1-3
• MA s- 0-1
• PA/NP- 0-1
• Office staff: 12-15
• Patients per shift:
• EMR: Epic
