Job Description
  • Coverage Needed:
    • ASAP - ongoing
    • 1 week at a time coverage 24/7
    • Monday at 7am until the following Monday at 7am
  • Clinical Information:
    • Inpatient only
    • EMR: Epic
    • Call:
      • 1:3 coverage
      • ER call for OB and Gyne patients brought to L & D
    • Weekday deliveries: assigned OB may deliver
    • Approx 10 deliveries per week
    • Support Staff: each provider has 1 RN, 1 MA (office only)
    • Procedures: Basic Ob/Gyn
  • Required:
    • CV must be in Month / Year format
    • Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
    • Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
    • Active IN License
    • Active IN DEA or have DEA that can be transferred at time of acceptance of position
    • Board Certified in OB/GYN
