Responsibilities of our next Dispatcher:
  • Learn the business and learn how to prioritize a schedule
  • Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Participate in daily huddles and training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate work orders according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
  • Relaying information such as progress of the technician to managers and customers
  • Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
  • Preparing daily work such as schedules
  • Preparing work orders for technicians
  • Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information

Requirements for our next Dispatcher:
  • 2 years of Dispatching experience required
  • Experience in a residential home service setting MANDATORY
  • Scheduling experience preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
  • Excellent ability to multi-task
