Description Pinnacle's promise consists of People, Respect, Ownership, Morale, Integrity, Safety, and Excellence PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Developing a proactive relationship with our customers by providing first-class customer service and communication
- Handling shipment quoting/pricing for customers
- Covering available shipments through strategic negotiations with trucking companies
- Sending and collecting documents to and from carriers
- Obtaining location updates for shipments in progress
- Data entry of various files and information into our TMS software
- Providing problem-resolution effectively and in a timely manner
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat to provide solutions
- Ability to perform general administrative duties to include: use of multi-line phone, perform data entry, filing, photocopies, scanning, etc.
- Understanding of industry specific documents (Bill of lading, Master Air Way Bill, TSA forms, Hazmat, etc.)
- Ability to handle past paced work load and work well under pressure
Requirements: - Detail oriented
- 1 year of experience in Logistics
Shift: 9-5:30p M-F
