Job Description
Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for delivering "world class" customer service, phones, email etc.
  • Responsible for positively supporting the department's total integration model, Set up new accounts and cancellation of existing Accounts from Waste Haulers and Pratt Accounts as well as handling issues with accounts, extra pickups etc.
  • Responsible for all customer service duties including internal and external customers
  • Responsible for Region Residential calls and submitting WO's
  • Responsible for miscellaneous accounting duties (purchase orders, billing, collections, keying Flat Bed/FEL tickets, etc.)
  • Responsible for collecting, compiling data and reporting to customer sustainability as requested
  • Responsible for special projects (assignments) and process improvement initiatives as needed
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned or required
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Issue Debits & Credits for Accounts Receivable
  • Place customer material (Bale Wire) orders
  • Dispatch/Schedule Driver Calls
  • Container Movement Forms
  • Residential & Commercial (Solid Waste, Single Stream & Bulk Waste)
  • Email Correspondence
  • SAP/Cie Trade School Ticket Data Entry-Back Up
  • Customer Service Duties Internal & External
  • Retrieve and process messages that go into Voice mail
  • Sales Support
  • Filing as needed
  • Responsible for training new Customer Service Reps
  • Follow all company policies per Employee Handbook & Code of Conduct.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
