Job Details:

• Pay: $ 2640 per week

• OT Home Health

• Position Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*) 

• Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard) 

• Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of 

• First-Timers Accepted: No 

• Weekend REQ: 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract 

• Is on-call REQ? No 

• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No 

• Open to accommodating block schedule? No 

• Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius 

• Pending License Accepted: Yes 

• Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed Work Week (per contract) travelers will not be called off shifts

• Traveler is expected to have their own transportation

• Oasis is preferred, but not required

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA License

• Active BLS via American Heart Association

• Certs REQ: BCLS 

• Years of Experience REQ: 1 year Skilled Home Health Experience 

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
